Flow grew up in New York City with a Bajan (Barbados) background. He has a unique approach to dance. He was originally introduced to the style of Breaking from his brother and the other members of Eternal Quest. This introduction created many opportunities for him to express himself over the years. With a focus of seasoning himself with music, Flow is a slave to the beat.

Even though his roots are in Breaking, he has opened his dance to many
different influences and styles to tell his physical story. In addition to teaching various styles of hip – hop, Flow is also founding member of Alight Movement Company that serves as an entertainment group throughout south Florida. This is his second season at Florida Dance Conservatory.
